It has been updated, and has historically rented well. Due to relocation, it has been our primary residence for the past two years. We wish to move to Bluffton to accommodate work and family needs.

Prefer Sawmill Creek Rd/Victoria Bluff, Rose Hill, The Crescent, or Pinecrest but will consider comparable areas.

Need a minimum of 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths and at least 2400 square feet. Bigger is Better!
