Rental rate includes utilities (cable, Wi-Fi, electric, water, trash, pest control, etc.) and resort amenities (tennis, pool, gym, security, etc). Condo is located on the quiet side of the building with a marsh and partial ocean view. The unit is completely furnished with 2 flat screen Smart TV's (1 in living, 1 in bedroom) and fully stocked kitchen. Short walk to beach, pool and other amenities.
Complex has a strict no pet policy, sorry. Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort will perform a background check at the expense ($50) of the prospective tenant, require tenant to purchase a parking decal ($25) & require a separate resort security deposit ($200). This will be rented on a first come first serve basis, based on the resorts approval of applicant.
