Stainless steel 6-spoke steering wheel, 20-inch outside diameter. The shaft hole measures 0.83 inch in diameter. So 7/8" shaft will fit, or it could be bored to fit a one-inch shaft.
Please note the 'discoloration' on the sides and spokes is actually glare from the sun.
