Looking for any kind of studio apartment or garage apartment or tiny home. Anything small and affordable. Don't have much income currently but I can afford $500/mo give or take and will be able to pay at least $1k upfront for the first two months. Looking preferably for rental by owner. Quiet guy, I have 3 cats. I'm on disability and just trying to find a safe place for like for 6-12 months. Would be super appreciative of any offers.
