• Residential house cleaning (homes, not offices)
• Team-based work
• Daytime hours (Mon–Fri)
• Consistent weekly schedule (same days every week)
• Physical work (bending, kneeling, lifting, moving)

• $18/hr during training
• $20-25/hr after training
• Paid trial day: $125 flat (4–5 hours)
• Review + raise opportunity after 90 days

Before training, EVERY applicant completes a **paid trial day**.
This is to confirm:

The trial day is paid ($125), but it is NOT training.
