1983 Foot Fleetwood Wilderness 21’. Weather tight to my knowledge. This camper has beed sitting for awhile and was used as a man cave/ bunk house. Refrigerator and hot water heater are AC only. I do not have a hitch for this trailer. Ball is 2 5/8”. Tires are holding air but need to be replaced and probably good for local transport only. Have a spare but tire on it is in bad shape too. TV is about 2 years old and works. Air Conditioner is less than 2 years old and works. No propane tanks. Water system is tight. Water tank not used for many years but is there and pump works.
