It’s a 2012 model Jayco Greyhawk 31FS with Ford F-450 Chassis with 75990 miles
We have owned this since 2020. We purchased this in 2020 with 59101 miles from the original owner who purchased it new in 2012.
We really have like this model since you can separate the RV into 3 sections using the two sliding doors. This had been great for our family of 6. We have taken this to 37 states but it’s time to move on.

Issues
1)The roof has been cleaned and sealed and is water tight. The joint between front cap and the roof did leak there is an area behind the joint about 1' back that is soft. This joint was repaired and the roof is water tight. When not in use the RV had been covered or stored indoors since July 2023.
2)The pleather seats are peeling. You can see in photos the covers on the sofa and driver’s seat
