Hello. I am a 65 year old empty nester with 4 grown kids living across the U.S. I am looking to buy a place in the area but in the meantime I am looking for a room to rent. I would prefer to live in a gated community (e.g. Callawassie, Riverton Place, Habersham, Sun City, etc). I travel a lot so I would only be there 1-2 weeks out of the month. I can also help you with dog sitting, errands when I’m in town if needed. I would prefer a separate area (eg finished room over a garage) with my own bathroom but I’m flexible. I’m very respectful and conscientious. (Btw, I don’t own a dog…that’s just one of my cute dog sit dogs on Callawassie).
