Lather Site Prep LLC is seeking an experienced Utility Foreman to join our growing team in the Beaufort, South Carolina area.
We are a civil construction contractor specializing in underground utilities, grading, excavation, land clearing, and turnkey site development. We are actively performing major commercial and residential sitework projects throughout the Lowcountry and are looking for a motivated leader who wants long-term opportunity with a growing company.

Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise utility crews installing water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
* Coordinate daily field operations and manpower
* Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and grades
* Maintain production schedules and quality standards
* Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
* Ensure safe jobsite operations
* Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients
* Complete daily reports and documentation
Qualifications
* 5+ years of utility construction experience
* Prior foreman or crew leadership experience
* Experience with water, sewer, and storm drainage installation
* Ability to read plans and grades
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
